I am thinking this might be helpful for ds age 5, current reading level is DRA 3.  He is showing some signs of dyslexia. (runs in my family).  So he has been
struggling with reading, but now he really wants to learn and we have started the HOP program again.  Last time we did he just memorized the books and did not
really read it.

The school sends home the &quot;Summer Reading Suggestions&quot; last week. I kid you not, it had <span style="font-weight: bold;">2,000 books</span> on it. It
was basically a data dump from the Public Library. It had no categories, no breakouts by reading ability. Nothing. Just alphabetical by author&#39;s last name.
