and running. She used templates to build it and encouraged her friends to join. Kids have to email her to say which &quot;cat&quot; they want to be and which
clan they choose. It&#39;s become quite the thing among her close friends and they may do a story about it on her school news.  I was AMAZED at how easy it was

activity in my Aeronautics class with 3-6 graders. It was incredible! We had balloons going up to the ceiling which was two stories high. It would be fun

			<description><![CDATA[ DS8 is supposed to do a demo or expt for his 2nd grade class soon as part of his enrichment.  They are studying sound, light and motion which is not quite
right up my alley for simple experiments.  So far we&#39;ve got 1) rolling an empty and full pop can down a ramp to see which goes faster (teacher&#39;s idea)
or 2) showing how light bends when you place a pencil halfway into a glass of water, thus making it look broken.  Right now they seem to have mostly studied
transparent, translucent... ]]></description>
